Skills: Things that they are good at. Should be short & sweet. This should be learned skills
• Shooting/Weapon proficiency: Very good aim and steady hand (when she's not suffering an episode), stronger enough to carry and handle very large weapons with ease. Also knows her way around knives (she threatens Sevika with one in the scene where she ties her up to a chair). Jinx is surprisingly good at stealth too! Cait learned it the hard way when Jinx kidnapped her.
• Making mechanical things and figuring out technology: Capable or reverse technology without previous knowledge in a relatively short time, ability of problem solving ( and problem starting).
• Working: She has fast reflexes and combat skills, because you can see her boxing with the machine Vi used to train with and she is almost as good as her sister. Plus, her flexibility, that girl's a noodle.
• determination and being playful even in stressful situations

Canon Abilities: She doesn’t have any sort of supernatural powers.
Role: Legend.
Role Qualities/Attributes: Personality traits like helping those in need and providing intellectual guidance for problems. I want her to think more of others than just herself as she did as Powder.
Also wings, halo, and glowing eyes as well as the physical attributes.
Role Reasoning: To make her question her morals and for Powder to come out more. She is going to blame Powder for her not being able to leave a person in need instead of just walking away. Powder was a good person always wanting to help and protect the family. She always tried her best. She was generally a nice person as well. As a legend, she will also be more careful with attacking allies and be more of a team player. It will also make it easier for her to gain CR. Otherwise she would be more standoffish. The fact that emotions largely affect Legends is definitely on point for her as she tends to react explosively when she’s emotional.
I am also interested in the physical characteristics and think it would be fun to give her wings and a halo along with glowing eyes.

What was the most traumatic experience your character endured? How did this change them?
Jinx’s most traumatic experience would have to be the day everything went to hell. Vander had been kidnapped by Silco and everyone else had gone to rescue him. Vi told her to stay because she wasn’t ready. This really upset Jinx (Powder at the time) and she had a crying fit, throwing and breaking things. She ended up throwing the unrefined hextech crystals the group had stolen from Jayce’s apartment, noting the sparks they made when coming into contact with something. This gave her the hope that she could do something to help her sister and friends.
She ends up showing up at Silco’s base where everyone is struggling against the shimmer-enhanced henchmen. She made a homemade monkey bomb with the unrefined hextech crystal causing a huge amount of damage, killing Milo, Claggor and Vander.
When Vi learned that Powder was responsible for the explosion, she called her a Jinx and abandoned her. Powder had a breakdown here and strangely enough, Silco showed up and offered her comfort, adopting her as his surrogate daughter.
Because of this experience she hallucinates Milo and Claggor’s voices and visions of their bodies constantly.

What experience challenged your character's core beliefs? How did they handle this or change from it?
The experience that challenged Jinx’s (Powder’s) core beliefs was the day everyone went to rescue Vander. The event broke her mentally, even making her align with the ‘bad guys’ since they were the only ones that offered her comfort. Especially since the event started with said bad guys, Silco and his henchmen, kidnapping Powder’s first adopted father.
In her insanity, she doesn’t care about allies or enemies lives when she’s out on a mission or committing crimes. She will even stoop so low to use a child’s voice to lure Enforcers into a fire in order to set off a bomb. She has no regard for human lives.
In the end, she even turns on her adopted father, Silco, when she thinks he’s going to turn her over to the enforcers in a contract for peace.

What is the most important and defining relationship(s) in your character's life and why?
Surprisingly, Jinx’s most defining relationship is probably with Silco, and not Vi even though Vi is her sister. Because Vi abandoned her when she was around 11-2 years old, Silco raised her as his daughter, teaching her how to become a criminal. Powder adopted the name Jinx and accepted Silco as her adopted father, even making him things like ‘world’s best dad’ mugs and ashtrays.
Silco favored her over all of his other subordinates which mostly made Sevika mad, though Jinx got hers against Sevika when she was trying to figure out what Silco was hiding regarding her sister.
When she heard that Silco might possibly turn her over to the Enforcers, it pushed her over the edge even more than she already was, and she kidnapped Caitlyn, Vi, and Silco and made a hextech rocket that she unleashed on the Council.

What is your character's moral code? Do they have one? Why or why not?
Jinx doesn’t have a moral code. She is completely insane due to events in her past. She will attack allies and enemies alike having been shown to do this on the airship raid. Silco’s subordinates know this and call her a loose canon, but he defends her. Her lack of morals could also be attributed to being raised a criminal.
At one time, when she was a kid and called Powder, she did have morals. She did what she could to help the family even though she was clumsy at it. To Powder, family was everything, specifically her sister, Vi, which is why she had such a breakdown when her sister called her a Jinx and abandoned her.
When Jinx almost died during a fight with Ekko, one of her former allies, she was experimented on with Shimmer to save her life. This only made her insanity worse, which is why she turned on Vi and Silco.
